Personalised Care Week’ with flagship ‘‘The Multimorbidity Challenge: A Personalised Care Approach’, conference

The Personalised Care Institute is delighted to announce the launch of ‘Personalised Care Week’ – a four-day ‘roadshow’ of webinars, videos and educational activities showcasing best practice examples, lived experience and education on personalised care, as well as a free headline half day virtual conference.

Taking place from the 23rd to the 26th September 2023, the theme of the week will explore how health and care professionals and services can utilise personalised care in multimorbidity to meet the changing needs of our population and improve people’s experience of illness.

Multimorbidity has an impact on those living with multiple long-term health conditions, their carers and the health system – with people often finding it challenging to navigate a range of services and treatment plans.

To explore how personalised care can be used to tackle multi-morbidity, our conference and webinars will be delivered by leading academics, expert health and care professionals, and people with lived experience, including a keynote address from Sir David Haslam – a former Chair of NICE, as well as the former President and Chair of the RCGP, and a notable writer and healthcare policy consultant.

To kick off the week, a series of webinars from leading health and care experts will be published on:
